Refund policy

Because our products are handmade, botanical, and intended for personal use, we are unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons. That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. Please reach out and we will always do our best to make it right.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Exceptions:  When We Will Make It Right:

    •    Your order arrived damaged or broken
    •    You received the wrong item
    •    Your product has a manufacturing defect

In any of the above situations, contact us within 7 days of delivery at thesecrethouseofflora@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

All ingredients are listed on every product. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or skin sensitivities. We strongly recommend a patch test before full use. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review the ingredient list.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (ritual guides, grimoire pages, self-care worksheets) are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.
