All products are handmade in small batches using botanical ingredients. Product appearance (colour, texture, scent intensity) may vary slightly from batch to batch, this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and not a defect.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Pricing in effect at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including product photography, brand copy, formulations, recipes, and digital downloads is the intellectual property of The Secret House of Flora. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Secret House of Flora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the original purchase. Always perform a patch test before full use of any skincare product.
