Shipping policy

At The Secret House of Flora, every order is handcrafted with intention and packed with care. Here's what you can expect when you shop with us.

Processing Time

All products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it ships. During seasonal launches or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We use Canada Post and select courier partners for all domestic and international shipments.

Estimated Delivery Times

    •    Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
    •    United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
    •    International: 14–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays once your order is in the hands of the carrier.

Farmers Markets & Pop-Up Events

Orders placed in-person at farmers markets or pop-up events are available for immediate purchase on-site. No shipping is required for in-person transactions.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are shipped on a schedule agreed upon at the time of the wholesale agreement. Shipping terms for wholesale accounts are outlined in the Wholesale Agreement.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 48 hours at thesecrethouseofflora@gmail.com. We will work with you to find a resolution. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
